Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of user issues and resolutions.
- Educate users on technology best practices and system functionalities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience Level: 2+ years in IT support or help desk environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, knowledge of operating systems, and network configurations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide user support, and maintain IT systems.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote support duties.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
