Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the hiring process and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain updated records of applicants and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Talent Management; strong Presentation, Coaching, and Written Communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
