Description
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably 3+ years in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably within an international manpower agency or skilled labor recruitment.
- Expertise in recruiting skilled workers across various industries.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery of talent.
