Description

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in labour legislation and advising the business on compliance
  •  Handling employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner
  •  Negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements with labour unions
  •  Conducting regular training sessions for managers on labour law and best practices
  •  Representing the company in meetings with government labour agencies
  •  Maintaining accurate records of all labour-related documentation
  •  Providing guidance and support to the HR team on employee relations matters


What we're looking for:

  1.  Minimum 5 years of experience in a labour relations or compliance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  2.  In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations
  3.  Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution and communication skills
  4.  Ability to interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory information
  5.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6.  Proven track record of maintaining positive employee relations
  7.  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field"
