Description
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disputes.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct market research for compensation benchmarking.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and compensation/benefits. Strong written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, manage employee relations, handle payroll, and support HR planning.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time position with standard hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent people management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
