Job Summary:

A Business Development Staff’s main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create commercial strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the commercial director, business development managers and marketing managers to implement commercial strategies in terms of partnerships and new opportunities
  • Analyze sales reports, and provide strategies to the Business Development team
  • Lead the accurate schedule of appointments to client partnership and help the commercial division identify new opportunities
  • Track Commercial Division’s expenses and maintaining the company budget
  • Providing administrative and backend support to the commercial director and business development managers
  • Develop and pitching ideas for potential investors
  • Filing and clerical documentation
  • Setting up appointment and calendar invites
  • Submission of documents either onsite or through virtual
  • Managing Commercial group’s appointment


Qualifications & Skills Requirements

Educational Attainment:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related course

Minimum Required Experience:

  • With 2-year experience in business development, sales or in operations.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written; English and Filipino)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Able and willing to conduct field work
