- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements
- Must Be A K - 12 Graduate Or A Senior High School Graduate under the new curriculum
- Must Have At least 6 Months Of BPO Experience
