Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.

- Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with call center technology.
- Working Conditions: Office or remote setting, with potential shifts including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards customer service.
