Job Responsibilities:

Establish external communications with KOLs, YouTubers, bloggers, and media outlets to ensure timely announcements of new information, articles, and advertisements for the company.

Develop and execute business development strategies, identify and explore new markets and business opportunities, acquire B2B leads, and implement effective conversions.

Organize and participate in industry activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.

Research market trends and competitive environments, proposing development strategies for the business.

Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions, promoting the company’s products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that business opportunities are smoothly converted into concrete projects and contracts.

Set business plans and goals, and regularly report on performance and progress.

Maintain relationships with partners, customers, and investors, securing long-term cooperation.

Analyze market data, adjust business strategies, and enhance market competitiveness.

Develop and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market share.

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in business development, with a strong understanding of the Japanese market and business environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships.

Proficient in market analysis tools and business development software.

1 to 3 years of experience in trading.

Fluent in Japanese and English, capable of working in an international environment.

Experience in business development related to KOL resources
