Description

We are looking for 20 Sales Account Managers in the Middle East. This is a remote role with the need for traveling from time to time.


Compensation is based on experience.


  • Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing daily activities, doing warm calls, and organizing sales pipelines.
  • Lead Qualification: Research and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet the company’s target customer profile.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to move leads further through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and manage proposals, quotes, and sales presentations for prospects.
  • Closing Support: Assist in closing deals by providing detailed product/service information and handling objections from prospects.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain sales activities in HubSpot or similar CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly sales reports, including lead generation status, forecasted deals, and closed deals, to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirement

  • Strong command of Arabic (C2) and English (C1).
  • A resident of any country in the Middle East.
  • Experienced as an IT Sales Manager.
  • Preferably, with experience in selling courses for network engineering and network security technologies.
  • Preferably, with experience working for a vendor, distributor, reseller, ISV, system integrator or MSP of network engineering and network security technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferably, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
