Description


  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through your own network, cold calling, and market research. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for growth. 
  • Client Acquisition: Close deals effectively by presenting compelling value propositions and negotiating favorable terms. 
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends and identify emerging opportunities. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives. 


Requirement

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for startup experience. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others. 
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, capable of closing deals effectively. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Aggressive Sales Strategist: Skilled at developing and implementing aggressive sales strategies to achieve rapid growth in a startup environment. 
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with a passion for startups and a desire to drive growth. 
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. 
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to identify new opportunities, take initiative, and drive results.
