Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for our Training Department to lead and develop our training team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our training programs are effective, aligned with business objectives, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.


  • Lead and Facilitate Training Programs: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive training sessions for new hires, focusing on Pre-process and Process Training batches.
  • Design and Develop Training Materials: Create, curate, and update engaging onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning materials to support employee development.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Assess training requirements to identify areas for Business-As-Usual (BAU) refreshers and performance enhancement.
  • Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Implement assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and improve training programs.
  • Provide Coaching and Feedback: Offer ongoing support and constructive feedback to teams on the floor to foster continuous improvement.
  • Develop Train-the-Trainer Programs: Enhance the capabilities of new and existing trainers through specialized training sessions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a training team, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • Completed at least 2nd year of college.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Experience in delivering process training and foundational skills/communication training.
  • Hands-on experience in handling Property and Casualty Insurance accounts.
  • Amenable to working onsite at our Alabang site.


Technical Requirements:

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Proficiency in using LMS platforms for tracking and managing training activities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting; proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations.
  • Assessment Tools: Experience with tools for creating and administering assessments and surveys.
  • Communication Platforms: Familiarity with virtual communication tools for remote training sessions
