Position Overview:


We are looking for an Account Manager who will be accountable for IPV Network’s day-to-day client activities including commercials, operations and project-related activities. The objective is to build, improve and maintain relationships with clients, identify key stakeholders and keep IPV Network top of mind. The Account Manager shall coordinate needed support services and provide solutions to effectively manage the account. He or she is expected to provide high-level and proactive customer service. He or she will help meet financial & operational goals.


Roles and Responsibilities:


· Manage the day-to-day operations of named accounts, liaising between clients, internal team and partners, ensuring the success of clients in implementing our solutions and services.

· Serve as the first point of contact for any issues and be able to respond and resolve in a timely manner.

· Keep track of contracts, POs, invoices and ensure all documents are complete and secure and invoices are sent in a timely manner.

· Build and maintain relationships with key people within the accounts.

· Schedule regular cadence with clients to ensure regular touchpoints and monitoring.

· Identify and close opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.



Requirements:


· Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably (but not required) in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degrees

· At least 2 years’ experience in B2B Sales or account management.

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail

· High potential and driven fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
