Qualifications and Skills


  • Graduate of Communications, Management, Business Administration, or related courses
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/ or public relations
  • Broad knowledge of Digital Media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A team player who proactively finds ways to improve the efficiency of the team
  • Committed to continuous learning and development
  • Endurance to Agency work


Responsibilities


  • Lead client meetings and provide complete and quality meeting notes to be cascaded to all persons involved in the project
  • Make sure the next steps are clear across team members and constantly remind/ follow up on movements and timelines
  • Proper documentation and organization of files related to assigned accounts/project
  • Creation of timelines and status sheets as coordinated with the project manager/s or the rest of the internal team
  • Collaborate with the leads in assessing client requirements
  • Lead digital proposals development – work on tasks including market research, audits, scans, and others
  • Prepare cost estimates/ contracts with proper coordination with internal teams including digital lead, finance, and management
  • Coordinate with the client on revisions, approvals, and other necessary directions in digital projects, contracts, or proposals
  • Support the internal/ external teams in implementing approved digital plans – as needed, join production or shoots/ event days.
  • Coordinate with finance on client billings and payment processes
  • Provide updates to clients on work progress, status, and achievements
  • Reporting and other presentations to the client
  • Help solve any problems in account management or client servicing and make sure deadlines are met by the execution team
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the account/project.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned related to the departmental improvement, process, and procedures as the job demands
