Description

  • Analyze target user demographics and develop and implement user growth strategies, including but not limited to social media marketing, content marketing, and building partner relationships.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of user growth campaigns, adjust strategies based on data feedback, and continuously optimize user acquisition pathways.
  • Design and launch ambassador recruitment initiatives to attract influential individuals or groups to serve as brand ambassadors.
  • Develop ambassador training programs to ensure ambassadors comprehend brand philosophy, product features, and promotional strategies, thereby enhancing their professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Manage ambassador communities, regularly organize online and offline events to strengthen ambassador interaction and cooperation, and motivate ambassadors to contribute high-quality content continuously.
  • Monitor ambassador performance, provide feedback, optimize incentive mechanisms, and ensure the effective execution and ongoing growth of the ambassador program.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, customer service, and other departments to ensure market expansion activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with candidates who have experience in Web3, blockchain, or financial technology market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively manage internal and external relationships.
  • Proactive with a strong spirit of teamwork and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English, capable of effectively communicating with an international team.
