Oversee and coordinate product workflows, from production to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
Support new product launches by coordinating between design, production, and marketing teams.
Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, product specifications, and operational reports.
Assist in implementing and optimizing production tools and technologies.
Address and troubleshoot issues related to production equipment or processes.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on production progress and operational performance.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing operations or product lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
