The Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Airbnb virtual concierge service. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with Airbnb and other short-term property management hosts, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the short-term rental market (VRBO, Booking.com, etc.), a proven track record in business development, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
- You have working knowledge of business development, sales b2b, lead generation and account management
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
