This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks will include market research, sales forecasting, and developing proposals. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and attending industry events to network and promote the company's offerings.

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Sales Forecasting expertise
• Proposal Development and Strategic Planning experience
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Solar Photovoltaic systems and sustainable energy solutions is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
