• This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns.
• The role offers ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively reach out to potential customers and present the benefits of Infinity Travel Club membership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand customer needs and tailor membership offerings to match their travel preferences.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert potential clients into members.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and exclusive member benefits to provide accurate information.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to develop strategies for maximizing sales conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
