1. Customer and Material Demand Management: Receive EDI demands from overseas customers, analyze order forecasts, develop shipping plans, issue purchase requests, and ensure timely delivery.

2. Production Planning Management: Conduct monthly capacity planning and daily production plan execution, adjust daily production plans, organize production meetings, and ensure on-time delivery rates.

3. Inventory Tracking and Physical Count Management: Supervise warehouse dispatching in the IMS system, improve operational procedures, track inventory data, and conduct monthly physical counts to ensure accuracy and rational structure of inventory data.

4. Team Training: Provide training to the production planning and logistics warehousing teams at overseas factories to enhance their familiarity with processes, capability to build and execute plans, and ability to track and improve results.

Daily Work:

1. Customer Demand Reception: Receive EDI demands, track production and material purchase plans, and focus on the accuracy of demand forecasting.

2. Purchase Request Issuance: Issue purchase requests based on demand orders, track suppliers, and monitor the number of purchase requests.

3. Material Demand Tracking: Monitor material demand plans and material arrival status to ensure timely delivery, and focus on the on-time delivery rate of purchase requests.

4. Capacity Planning: Assess order production capacity and delivery schedules, conduct capacity planning, and produce capacity analysis reports.

5. Production Plan Execution: Execute production plans based on shipping schedules, coordinate with production workshops, and focus on the on-time completion rate of delivery plans.

6. Daily Production Plan Adjustment: Adjust daily production plans based on capacity and order status to avoid excessive inventory, and focus on the on-time completion rate of delivery plans.

7. Production Meeting Organization: Regularly hold production meetings to analyze production situations and focus on the execution rate of production meeting plans.

8. System Operation: Improve the warehouse dispatching process in the IMS system, train warehouse personnel, ensure data accuracy, and focus on the correctness of system inventory data.

9. Inventory Count: Organize inventory counts, analyze inventory structure, and produce completion rates of inventory count plans and inventory structure analysis reports.

10. Inventory Data: Track and analyze inventory data to ensure a rational inventory structure, and focus on the inventory backlog rate.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language.

2. Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, familiar with automotive industry standards and the manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology of automotive parts.

3. At least 8 years of experience in production planning and warehouse logistics management in a company with over 1000 employees, familiar with methods of production plan formulation, shipping, and inventory logistics management.

4. Preference for candidates with experience in formulating and adjusting production plans in complex business scenarios, and those with experience in production planning and warehouse management at overseas companies.

5. Proficient in using ERP, MES, or SAP systems.

6. Good planning and execution skills, communication and coordination abilities, analytical skills, and stress resistance, able to cope with high-intensity work environments and challenges.
