We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding various types of materials using different welding techniques. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and structural integrity of our products. The Welder will work with blueprints and follow safety protocols to meet production deadlines.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up welding machines and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Inspect and test welds for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of junior welders, as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or trade school education is a plus).
• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a welding environment.
