  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Optimize warehouse operations, and transportation processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
  • Implement systems to monitor stock movement, forecast demand, and reduce waste.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Set goals, monitor performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
