职位描述

Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Assist in training warehouse staff and optimizing processes.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
Perform routine cycle counts/audits of receiving and storage to ensure inventory is accurate within existing Warehouse Management System
Sort, organize, store inventory in proper location and ensure that all items are correctly numbered and tagged
Maintain and organize files both manually and electronically.
Handle the sampling test and quality check of per item.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.

职位要求

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or administration.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory management software, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
