- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
- Greet customers, take orders, serve food and drinks, manage transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
职位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, and hospitality skills, experienced in waitering, quick service restaurant operations, and cashiering.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, well-organized, and able to work well under pressure.
