The DCX Client Services - Home Based Project Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary, so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
• Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
• Salary Range: PHP 35,000-45,000

Job Responsibilities

• Traffic projects through the client's internal web-based application, Workfront
• Maintain project status and project communications via the cloud-based project management tool, Pro Workflow
• Able to collect/prepare content, brief the creative department, and collaborate closely to ensure design requirements are being met
• Work with vendors such as printers, copywriters, graphic designers, translators, photographers, and proofreaders, depending on a project’s needs
• Review/proof and present concepts/layouts/copy
• Timely delivery of proofs to the account manager for the client
• Communication of the client's feedback to the creative department and discussion of next steps
• Facilitate and ensure that projects are completed on time by checking the status of each job with the creative department
• Monitor and facilitate all jobs through to production, ensuring delivery commitments are met
• Willing to work closely with accounting to close and bill jobs when complete

Additional Job Requirements

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 2-5 Years of project management experience
• Experience with biotech and/or pharmaceutical companies
• Track record of on-time delivery of projects
• Proven experience and understanding of design processes and design team coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people skills and the ability to work with others under tight deadlines
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design
• Strong proofreading and PDF annotation skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team player mentality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to follow jobs through to completion and meet projected deadlines
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Pro, Google Docs, Windows Parallel for Mac
• Innovative, proactive, and hands-on approach to solving project issues
• Capability to elevate problems to superiors and solicit their counsel when appropriate
• Ability to keep on top of the smallest detail and anticipate needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Printing knowledge
• Project management experience with biotech and/or pharmaceutical companies
