职位描述

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and calls.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to offer effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Provide technical solutions, assist customers via various channels, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Certification and Licenses: Licensed Electrical or Electronics Engineer
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service providing technical support
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional problem-solving and technical skills, strong work ethic, and call center experience.
  • Working Conditions: On site job, office set up in a call center environment, day time work shift only
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, patient, and tech-savvy.
