We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team and help drive day-to-day store operations, support staff, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and motivate the store team
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
• Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
• Support store opening/closing and daily operations

• At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
