Pcon International Corp. is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and ensure the proper installation of our ECOBLOC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) wall system. This is a project-based, stay-in role ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of construction materials and quality supervision.

• Act as the company representative on the project site.
• Supervise the installation process of AAC wall systems.
• Ensure that the wall system installation adheres to quality standards and project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and resolve site issues.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit site reports and progress updates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (License is a plus).
• Experience in construction site supervision.
• Knowledge of AAC blocks or wall systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to stay on-site for the duration of the project.
