职位描述

  • Analyze and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, identifying necessary changes
  • Manage requirements from elicitation to verification, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Translate Epics into Features & Stories, working closely with Architects & Product Owners
  • Engage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
  • Provide technical guidance to developers, creating clear solution patterns and best practices

职位要求

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate
  • Proficiency with Basic Java (able to code), RestAPI, and Solution Design
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong expertise in requirements management, solution design, and process analysis
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple business and IT functions (Retail Banking experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
