Communicate with business management regarding delivery, 4M changes, and price increase negotiations.
Facilitate internal communication by coordinating between Japanese top management and local managers to convey key points of both parties' requests
Understand and interpret figures from top management, NJ business division, or local managers in budgeting, mid-term planning, and daily sales management, and explain them to relevant departments along with their intentions

University graduate with 15 years practical exp.
Knows how to speak Japanese language
Experience in customer support (not limited to sales).
Communication skills to interact effectively with new people both inside and outside the company.
English proficiency and cultural understanding to communicate smoothly with local employees in the Philippines.
Ability to relate information obtained from stakeholders, reconstruct it in your own words, and explain it.
Excel skills and data analysis ability to extract necessary data from the company's sales database and summarize it in the required format.
Basic financial knowledge (BS, PL, etc.) to understand the company's sales and profit situation.
