职位描述

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Ensure smooth customer service and high-quality food standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance of all restaurant staff
  • Enforce hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
  • Manage cash handling and daily financial reporting
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures


职位要求

  • Filipino-Chinese nationality (required)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a restaurant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining culture
  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
