The Renewals Specialist is responsible for managing the subscription renewal lifecycle for mid-market and nonprofit/academic customers. This role is focused on maximizing customer retention, reducing churn, and supporting revenue growth through seamless coordination of renewals.

Job Description:
• Owns the complete renewals process for assigned mid-market and nonprofit/academic customer accounts.
• Proactively engages customers and internal stakeholders to manage upcoming subscription renewals.
• Establishes and maintains standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in the renewals workflow.
• Maintains and reports a rolling 90-day forecast of renewals to provide visibility into the pipeline.
• Negotiates and executes renewal quotes and contracts in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Salesforce is required; experience with Stripe, DocuSign, and Zendesk is preferred.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong comfort level working across multiple platforms and tools.
