Role Description

1. Monitoring of all forklift and yard tractors Preventive Maintenance Program
2. Ensure that all forklifts and yard tractors are compliance to preventive maintenance schedule
3. Ensure availability of forklift and yard tractors spare parts
4. Creating technical report based on the preventive maintenance findings
5. Projecting the timeframe and deadline of repair and maintenance findings as well as the preventive maintenance schedule.
6. Collecting data and writing daily reports as well as preparing progress reports
7. Requisition of parts to stock controller
8.  Analyzing operations and offering suggestions for improvement
9. Maintaining records and assisting with presentations and ensure that all branches are updating the Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance data in the shared file
10. Other functions as may be required

Qualifications

• Has effective and efficient communication skills
• Can build interpersonal relationships 
• Knowledge in engine troubleshooting and hydraulic system
• Familiar in identification of CHE part and its functions
• Excellent in analytical and analysis skills
• Has knowledge in PMS and methodology
• Efficient problem-solving skills and time management 
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With 6 months to 1 year work experience in actual repair and maintenance of heavy equipment particularly Cargo Handling Equipment or 3-5 years experience in handling equipment Preventive Maintenance Program and execution of schedule.
