Saya is a mental health platform on a mission to make therapy more approachable, compatible, and affordable for Filipinos. We match clients with licensed counselors and psychologists through a seamless digital experience. And now—we’re expanding into psychiatric care.

About the Role

We are now launching psychiatry as a new service, and we’re looking for our first wave of licensed Psychiatrists to join our pioneering team. As one of the initial psychiatric providers on Saya, you’ll help shape how psychiatric care is delivered through our platform. Sessions are fully remote, giving you full control over your time and availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up consultations
• Provide diagnosis and medication management when appropriate
• Collaborate with counselors and psychologists in a multidisciplinary approach
• Maintain timely, secure records within our platform
• Help define best practices for psychiatric services on Saya

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychiatrist (PRC, Philippines)
• At least 1 year of post-residency clinical experience
• Comfortable working remotely with strong tech literacy
• Passionate about mental health access and innovation
• Open to helping shape a new model of psychiatric care delivery
