职位描述

  • Oversee daily production operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and train production staff.
  • Monitor production schedules and performance metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Prepare production reports for management review.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll processing, verifying time and attendance records, calculating records, calculating deductions, issuing payments
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate regular payroll reports for management, including summaries of payroll activity, and other relevant data.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or relevant role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in system design, with strong project management capabilities, and exceptional planning skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, manage inventory, and implement process improvements.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
