OVERVIEW

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic professional with in-depth knowledge of construction procurement, vendor negotiations, and supply chain optimization. The position will play a key role in ensuring that all materials and services are sourced cost-effectively and delivered in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience within the construction or real estate development industries

• Strong understanding of construction materials, vendor networks, and procurement processes

• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement management software

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality performance

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to accurately forecast procurement needs

• Oversee the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules

• Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance files

• Track and evaluate supplier performance, resolving any issues related to delivery, pricing, or product quality

• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and cost-saving opportunities

Set-Up: On-Site 

Location:  Makati City (Main Office) and Cavite City (Site)

Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000
