GoGym is a tech-enabled pocket Gym which enables Filipinos to access health and wellness anywhere they go. At GoGym, we aim to provide affordable and accessible gyms to everyone, extending our reach on health and fitness into the online presence through our mobile app.

We are looking for a Gym Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our gym locations. This role involves overseeing facility upkeep, supporting gym coaches, handling administrative tasks, and being on-call to substitute when needed.

1. Coach & Member Support

• Be on-call to substitute for coaches when they are on leave.
• Assist gym members with check-ins, inquiries, and general support.
• Support coaches when they are unavailable to ensure training continuity.

2. Gym Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily gym activities, ensuring a smooth and safe environment.
• Scan QR check-ins for member entry.
• Open and close the gym as per schedule.
• Oversee and manage the gym during operating hours.

• Relevant work experience in operations, fitness management, tourism, hospitality, or facility management.
• Prior experience in gym operations, customer service, or facility management is a plus.
• Familiarity with gym environments and basic equipment maintenance is a plus.
