职位描述

  • New Account Acquisition & Promotions: Assist prospective customers with creating new accounts and provide information on current promotional offerings.
  • Order Inquiry and Processing; Support customers with order placement, tracking, and status updates, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Credit Adjustments; Process and validate credit adjustments based on customer eligibility and internal guidelines.
  • Complaints Handling: Professionally manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring escalation procedures are followed when necessary.
  • Account Upgrades & Downgrades: Help customers modify account types or service levels based on their preferences and needs.
  • Billing Services & Disputes:Address billing questions, clarify charges, and investigate and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
  • Payments: Assist customers with payment processing, troubleshooting payment errors, and managing payment methods.
  • General Customer Service Inquiry Satisfaction & Resolution: Handle a wide range of general inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upselling or Cross-Selling Products: Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services to enhance customer experience and value.

 You’re the perfect fit if … 

  • You’re 18 years old and above 
  • At least a Senior High School or High School Graduate
  • Has at least 12 months of (International) call center experience
  • Willing to work on a Blended or Voice/NonVoice setup
  • Willing to work on-site 
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Can educate customers on inquiries and other product information 
  • Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner
