The Category/Merchandising Support role assists the category management team in executing merchandising strategies, maintaining product data, coordinating promotions, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. This role ensures accurate, timely, and effective execution of merchandising plans that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or category support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with planogram or ERP systems a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with sales and inventory data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
