• Reviewing medical records
• Assigning appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes for patients services.
• Accurately translate medical procedures, diagnoses, and treatments into standardized codes.
• Supports healthcare providers in billing, critical research and quality improvement initiatives.

What you Need to Have:

• At least 1 year of experience in Inpatient medical coding.
• Bachelor's degree in medical records or medical allied field.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Advanced understanding of automated encoder systems.
• Amenable to work on day shift schedule (may change depending on business.

Inpatient Coder:

• Inpatient Coding Certification: CPC/CIC/CCA/CCS-P/CCS
• Knowledgeable in ICD 10-CM & ICD 10PCS
