Minimum Job Requirements
Professional Background and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
Professional Qualifications & Training
● Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification) is preferred.
● PR or Media Relations certification can be an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
● Digital Marketing Strategy: Expertise in planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms with tailored messages to
engage specific audiences.
● Content Creation and Copywriting: Expertise in crafting engaging content for ads, social media, and other marketing materials.
● Analytics and Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze and derive insights from campaign data using analytics tools to optimize performance
and measure ROI.
● Customer Journey Mapping: Understanding how to map the customer journey and create effective marketing touchpoints for a consistent
brand experience.
● Brand Management: Skills in maintaining brand consistency and building brand awareness through strategic PR and media engagement.
● Project Management Skills: Capability to plan and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and staying within
budget.
● Marketing Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and content management systems for website updates and
landing pages.
● Industry Trends Awareness: Staying current with new digital marketing trends, platform updates, and changes in consumer behavior to
adapt strategies accordingly.
Competencies
