MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervision of the central control and monitoring of the operations of the three facilities.

2. Ensure and monitor that the Pressure, Flow, and Reservoir targets are met

3. Supervision and response to all operational concerns and issues such as Troubleshooting and endorsement of corrective maintenance activities

4. Assist the Maintenance Engineer in the implementation of regular preventive maintenance plans the deep well stations, booster pump station, reservoir, and pipe network

5. Implementation of basic facility housekeeping

6. Monitoring of the physical condition of the facility

7. Monitoring of the fuel level and the chemicals needed for disinfection dosing

8. Knowledgeable in Pumping and Genset Operations, which included the checking of parameters and Basic Trouble Shooting

9. Record Hourly/Daily Data of the operations

10. Water quality monitoring based on the Residual Chlorine and Turbidity (optional)

11. Joint Water Sampling with LGU Regulator for PNSDW Compliance

12. Assist the PCO and SO in their activities and requirements,

13. Raise and report any concerns to the Water Supply Operations Officer such as leaks, water quality issues, unusual sounds, above/below parameters, unmet targets, defective equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Graduate of high school and/or any vocational training course for technicians/operators

WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferably with one to three years of related work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Must know how to drive a motorcycle
