Supervises and coordinates activities of shipping, receiving and door to door deliveries by ensuring accurate, punctual, and customer-oriented service at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plans and directs the daily delivery routes and activities of delivery personnel.
• Coordinates with key people on special procedures in order to satisfy customer demand and requirements.
• Ensures all important logistics documents such as delivery receipts, delivery reports, service reports and alike are thoroughly accomplished by stakeholders and transmitted on time before and after delivery.
• Oversees all scheduled deliveries to meet delivery requirements of bulk orders in a timely manner.
• Develops processes and procedures to execute faster and more cost efficient logistics services.
• Coordinates with third-party trucking or logistics services for deliveries that can not be catered by the company owned vehicles due to reasonable circumstances.
• Accountable for monitoring the status of each delivery vehicle, equipment and tools, and coordinates with the Motor Pool Supervisor regarding the vehicle needs such as maintenance or repairs.
• Ensures monitoring and documentation of logistics expenses such as but not limited to gas, toll, trucking expenses, etc. incurred periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
• Responsible for the preparation of logistics team's annual budget proposal.

• Must have at least two (2) years working experience in logistics or any related field
• Must be knowledgeable in standard office applications such as document and spreadsheet application
• Must have the following skill sets: organization, basic communication (oral and written), interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be willing to extend work hours to ensure safe and completeness deliveries of items
