职位描述

Makes plan, schedule and route of trucks to maximize productivity and efficiency of driversEnsure SOP and Safety Policies are implemented at all timesEnsure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced as scheduledSupports the Fleet Supervisor in coordinating and communicating with clients and partner forwardersMotivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are metMonitor and control the driver and truck activitiesIssues and collects fleet cards before and after tripsArranging for the induction and trainings of all drivers, including newly hiredAssists in leading and directing strategic planning for logistics and transportation routeIn-charge of monitoring and documentation of the daily transportation scheduleEnsuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and proceduresMaintaining accurate administrative recordsMaintains a complete inventory system through recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.In-charge of preparing accident/incident reports and coordinating with HQ for insurance claims.Direct reporting to Company's General Manager

职位要求

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.At least 2 years experience in transportation sourcing or a similar role.Strong understanding of transportation modes (e.g., truckload, less-than-truckload, ocean).Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
