• Handle Customer enquiries, both existing and new. 

• Attend Customer emails, phone calls and provide solutions.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions.

• Create Customer Data in system. keep records of customer interactions, and documents.

• Tele calling to customers, follow up business (25 calls per week).

• Sales Calls to customers office (if required and with Reporting Manager approval).

• Prepare proposal quote for FCL, LCL, Domestic & Air opportunities, in consultation with Reporting Manager/ Product Head.

• Co-ordinate with Operation and Accounting department towards 

• Manifest, BL Release, Import endorsement, D.O Releasing and carrier payments.

• Handle tracking of cargoes, delivery of billings and documents and any customer-related issues, when needed.

• Submit shipment monitoring report to Customer, share shipment daily update and meet customer requirements towards shipment handling.

• Sharing Sales Leads and doing follow-up.

• All business-related issues/ challenges/ lapses should be immediately escalated to Reporting Manager/ Product Head/ Management.

• Attending weekly sale review calls, providing sales and market update to Reporting Manager / Management.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.

• Experience in NVOCC/Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding industry in a MUST.

• Has sales experience and Handle Customer enquiries, both existing and new.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
