This is a full-time on-site role for an Import and Export Staff at Tabacalera Incorporada in Carmona. The role involves handling import and export processes, coordinating international trade activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Import and Export Staff will play a key role in ensuring seamless logistics and compliance with regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and documentation of Import and Export activities;
• Prepare documents needed for complying necessary import and export permits/licenses;
• Review and process Purchase Requisitions;
• Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communication with those vendors;
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies;
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers;
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company;
• Keep accurate records of purchases made; responsible for checking of received materials from suppliers;
• Coordinate and communicate incoming deliveries to warehouse departments and/or end users;
• Perform other tasks as may deemed necessary

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's degree
• Preferably BS in Customs Administration Graduate
• With 2 to 3 years of experience in import and export documentations according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
• With knowledge in export booking, track and trace cargo as it travels to its final destination
• Calculate and process duties, taxes, and other charges for budget purposes
• Perform regular audits of import and export and purchasing for incoming and outgoing documentation for accuracy
• Preferably lives within or near Carmona, Cavite
