职位描述

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze trends.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement HR policies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
