职位描述

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in QuickBooks, billing, accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, statement preparation, account reconciliation, and accounting software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
