  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors, and report to the person-in-charge if needed
  • Manage phone calls, conference rooms, and the client's lounge
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and front desk needs, and assist in other administrative and clerical tasks

职位要求

  • Graduate of BS Tourism, Hospitality, or any related course
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant
  • With customer service experience
  • With good communication skills
