Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Analyst to support the re-design of ERP roles within our SAP S4 HANA system. This project aims to streamline role assignments, address access conflicts, and ensure compliance with internal standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP S4 HANA, access management, and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for newly created SAP roles.

• Collaborate with the Regional Facilitator to assess risks and establish mitigating controls.

• Validate access profiles, ensuring appropriate role assignments.

• Manage access deployment for stakeholders, ensuring proper role distribution.

• Foster strong working relationships with compliance teams.

• Maintain operational excellence and adhere to all compliance requirements.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Proven experience with SAP S4 HANA, particularly in access management and role configuration.

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (MS Teams, Excel, Word).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new ways of working.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in shared services or global process management.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management principles.
